Author Susan Schenk's book "The Live Food Factor" is most appropriately titled. She points out throughout the book the numerous compelling advantages to live food nutrition. It's the first book of its kind, providing the prolific studies done proving the absolute benefits to a raw foods lifestyle. "The Live Food Factor" also spells out clearly how to correctly proceed with raw foods, avoiding common pitfalls that many have made. I have thoroughly enjoyed reading this comprehensive manual, and wish I had it available to me when I embarked on the raw foods path 15 years ago. Congratulations Susan for a most remarkable masterpiece!
